Orders & Delivery

Aeve Label ships to over 30 countries worldwide, with our primary markets across Europe, North America. More countries are added constantly and if you don’t see your destination listed, feel free to email us at hello@aevelabel.com and we’ll be happy to check the shipping status for you. Your delivery options and rates will appear once you enter your destination at checkout.
Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days from dispatch. We take 1-3 business days to carefully prepare each order before we ship it. Priority shipping is available for select regions if you need your piece sooner.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order departs. Tracking typically activates within 24-48 hours of dispatch.
Occasionally, orders are split into separate shipments due to packaging logistics, ensuring each item arrives safely protected. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for your remaining items to arrive. If you haven't received everything within a week, we're here to help at hello@aevelabel.com.
Since we begin preparing orders promptly, changes aren't always possible once you've checked out. For the best chance of updating your details, email hello@aevelabel.com with "URGENT - Address Update" and your order number within the first hour after ordering.
EU orders include all taxes and duties. For international destinations outside the EU, local customs charges may apply upon delivery. These vary by country and are handled by your local customs authority.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every piece. Return any unworn, undamaged item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery and you'll receive a full refund.
Email hello@aevelabel.com with "Return - Order #[number]" and let us know which item you're sending back and why. We'll provide return instructions.
We don't offer direct exchanges, but here's what works well: return your original piece and place a new order for your preferred color. If you're concerned about availability, mention this when you email us, we'll do what we can to help.
This is rare, but if it happens, we'll make it right immediately. Email hello@aevelabel.com within a week of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or process a full refund, whichever you prefer.
If you need to cancel, email immediately, we'll do our absolute best to catch it in time.
